Very nice hotel. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The staff are very friendly and polite. On check in the receptionist told us about the amenities and provided us with a map of the area, pointed out areas of interest and gave us a slip of paper with the tram numbers on. The breakfast was basic but was decent enough. It's served in the cellar and there is lift that goes to it although you need to walk down a few steps to get to it. There is lift access to all floors. It's away from the town centre but there are tram stops close by and they run very regularly.

Perfect location for a mini trip to Prague, tall ceilings, clean bright rooms. Breakfast is good, and changes a little day to day, hot options and continental etc. because the location is only a few stops away from the main city centre the restaurant prices are very good value. I highly recommend highland steakhouse (cash only) and Lavička - Zahradní. Staff are English speaking and very friendly. There is a large supermarket directly opposite Albert, perfect for fresh bakery, fruit etc.

Nice location, very friendly hotel Trams close to hotel so no problem getting around. We walked most days Enjoyed the views The room was nice only one small thing didn’t have a proper shower. Only bath and shower head. Could do with an upgrade to bathroom Needs a shower screen. Breakfast was same every day not much hot food. Beds were very comfy and slept well every night. Only gave it 4 stars because of shower still a good hotel 👍 and recommend
