I booked a two night stay and my clothes my pants my charger my toothbrush all gone. My room was cleaned and my stuff was not in the room. They were all put together in a black plastic bag in an unremarkable corner of the front desk, no reason given no apology.

Very bad review, bad experience, LIARS AND THIEVES ! Food was really expensive and given the quality, it shouldn't be ! And given that theres absolutely nothing around the hotel, they take advantage of that. Also, They made me pay a 200 € fee for smoking whereas I never smoked inside the room, I had a terrace and I smoked outside and they know this, I even made sure no buds were thrown on the floor or whatever, I collected them to throw them away afterwards! I never bothered or disturbed anyone NO ONE WAS THERE !!! What difference does it make to smoke outside on one side or the other ? You are just PROFESSIONNAL THIEVES that's all. I've been traveling for 8 years all around the world for work and this is the first time this happens to me ! I'm completely outraged! Aside from your rooms that were nice, the rest is not worth the trouble. And the guy said they tried to reach me but didn't find me, I spent all my evenings there, I even had dinner at the restaurant two nights in a row, so it wasn't that complicated to find me or even to call me, I believe you had my number.

Loud and noisy. Lazy and arrogant staff- unable to issue a corporate invoice for your stay. Business travellers must avoid this place all times.
