I have stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks in apartment no.306.It was great and the service was superb. Location was very close to all amenities that we needed. Booking was through Elite Office and a appreciate the help they provided during my stay particularly Aurelie and Vincent .

Had lunch here and service was top quality and the food was excellent! Located infront of the beach and a busy area. Enjoyed everything! Had coffee too and the sweets were all good!

I stayed at this residence 10 days and it was the worst experience ever. Starting from the rental agency ( elite concept) , the non working AC and the rude cleaner( Nadia). Please guys if you’re coming for leisure avoid this place because it will cost you your peace. First we agreed with the agency of 9 nights but what they did is they placed them as 10 nights and rushed everything out so we don’t pay attention and refused to give the 1 night difference back. Mr. Hakan and his wife are very difficult to deal with and stubborn don’t deal with them by all means find someone more respectful and understanding. His wife kept on screaming and insulting us and she even kicked us out from the office on the first day. We reported to the agency that the AC is not working and no one came to fix it they ignored us because by the time they took the money the management changed that’s why I really advice you to find somewhere else even if you will pay more. Lastly, Nadia the cleaner super super super rude screaming on us from the first day and refusing to give us toilet papers or shower gel.. etc, she enters the appartment with 3 other cleaners for I swear 5 minutes and leave take in mind that the apartment is 3 bedroom!! She also refused to change the bed linens ( we agreed with the agency on changing twice since we stayed more than a week but she didn’t agree to do so) PLEASE AVOID PLEASE AVOID PLEASE AVOID
