Carlton Swiss Grand Hotels

This a very nice hotel with great staff. They were all customer friendly and professional. The amenities are also on point. Although when I called to book over the phone the staff that handles it was very poor in service almost bothering or rude but my experience on ground was pleasant. The food is mid tho. But I like that they have a very diverse option on their breakfast buffet spread, I’d definitely use this place again if I ever find myself in Enugu again

Quite expensive, but good quality. I think if you’re visiting from out of the country, the pricing won’t shock you but for locals it’s probably out of reach of most people. We took a service flat for a couple days and it was a really good experience.

Nice place, great vibes,clean rooms, cozy pool side, unfortunately you can’t swim at night. The washroom sink has high pressure taps causing water to overflow and there is no floor towel to clean out the mess.
