Carlton Tower Hotel

I originally planned to stay at this hotel for one week, but I ended up extending my stay to seven weeks. The hotel fully met my expectations — great location, just a short walk from the metro, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and a beautiful view of the creek. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mr. Bala from front office, who was always ready to assist. His positive attitude and exceptional understanding of guests’ needs made my stay even more comfortable. Truly the right person in the right place!

Great Service at Carlton Tower Hotel – Special Thanks to Dexter! I recently stayed at the Carlton Tower Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially thanks to Dexter at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. Dexter made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The hotel's swimming pool is currently under renovation, so guests are directed to a pool in the next building, which wasn’t ideal for me. Also, the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and a bit disturbing during the night. Despite these points, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the exceptional service—especially from staff like Dexter—really makes a difference. I’d still recommend this hotel for its warmth, efficiency, and welcoming atmosphere.
