Carmana Hotel & Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Carmana Hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, with shopping, restaurants,supermarkets and liquor store all within walking distance. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. What impressed me the most was the bed—perfectly firm and very comfortable. Despite being in such a central area, the room was incredibly quiet at night with no street noise at all, so we slept very well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vancouver!

I don't get why this hotel is 3-star. It deserves so much better than that. I went to many cities for a business trip and I confirm this hotel is better than most 4-stared ones. Room: so clean, SPACIOUS, beautifully designed. I love this hotel room has so many light sources. I hate hotel with one or two lamps and make you fall asleep as soon as you enter the room. Staff: Helpful, polite, patient, professional! What could you ask more? The only my suggestion is that I seriously think you need to consider changing the shampoo and body wash. Shampoo smells like as if you're washing your hair with apple ice cream and body wash smells old lemon. However other than that, I did not find any single problem. My number one place if I visit this city again.

Awesome location, amazing rooms, fantastic price. The staff here is very friendly. I was lucky to get a corner suite with a great balcony with great views. Room is updated and looks great. No complaints at all. The price is also fantastic and would definitely stay here again.
