Great place, very relaxing and the service is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Only 2 bad things I can think of is the quality of the options and food at the restaurant could be better (apart from the breakfast, which is amazing), especially for the price. I would also like to see a better system implemented in the jacuzzi areas so that all guests can make use. Lots of guests just leave their stuff and do other things, meaning others with better manners cannot enjoy it. No problem if you are using it but really disrespectful if it's not being used.
Nice place both for families and kitesurfing. Food can be better. Service is good. Rooms are clean and comfy.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff awesome BUT there are some points of improvement: cleaners overall, maintenance overall and the breakfast offer was far from what we expected! DON'T recommend the CHURRASCO AT THE BEACH.
