I spent my 60 th birthday at your resort and it was wonderful!! The service was excellent and the hotel really did their best to give us a good experience! Special mention of the excellent massage by Andre- very professional and highly recommended- THANK YOU 🙏🏻

A good hotel. We had some issues at first, which stemmed from the short and reluctant check-in process. We were given almost no information at all about all the facilities. When we came to dinner during our first night we found out that we didn't reserve a table and the dinner hall was full (how would we know if nobody told us?) Luckily the evening manager Mayan helped us and we really appreciate that. Generally speaking, the hotel IS good. We expected more, but it was good. There are better Isrotel hotels (i.e Orient in Jerusalem), where the facilities are newer and the service is better, making it more cost effective.

Made a reservation but after reading that rooms are tired and need upgrades, tried to cancel it. Not so fast: to cancel it online, somehow two step authentication is needed and my North American phone number was not receiving the texts. I then emailed at least 11 times to all the addresses I could find online with zero response. I then had to ask a friend in Israel to call and cancel it for me and was charged 300 shekels cancellation fee which is quite outrageous and not as per website policy (which is printed somewhere in a small print when you are making a reservation in a garbled language in a long paragraph which is not at all easy to understand or follow). Be aware!
