Excellent with kids, great and personalized service, reasonable prices. Clean and spacious rooms, nice little water park for kids under 12. Beach there is not spectacular, but the resort makes up for that.

My experience was a disaster there for lunch : arriving, walking to the beach restaurant, the waiter took the order, came back 5mn later telling what we have to "register to the reception and pay 80R$ to use the swimming pool" but we didn't want to use the swimmingpool so, it must be seen as an "entrance fee". I have asked to pay these 80 per person at the restaurant on the bill but they have requested us to walk back 5mn under the sun to reach the reception at the entrance. They have ruined our mood and our lunch. The reception staff told that they didn't see us entering - fair - but they could write somewhere on internet or just at the entrance that they are working like that. I never advice anyone to go there. Big shame. You must change some stuff boys.

Worst customer experience ever! In Macapa there is not much around (sort of ghost city). People are however very friendly and we were there for kitesurfing, staying in a pousada in the center with our twins aged 20 months. One day we say lets go have lunch and spend the afternoon in this « 5 star » hotel, which by the way is in the middle of nowhere at 7km from the center of Macapa. Once there we are told that to use the pool it will be 150 reis/adult and 60/baby!!!! Really! A hundred euros just to use the f* pool while we were about to spend money for the lunch and drinks during the afternoon? Ridiculous, not customer-oriented. They in fact lost money by not having any business acumen. Forget about this hotel and its low level management.
