Carpe Solem Kapoom

This hotel offers the best quality-price ratio so far! It is beautifully located and very close to the glacier. For skiers, like myself, it is an ideal choice. I booked it through their own website. The room is warm and spacious, as is the bathroom. The ski lift is well-maintained, and there is also a ski equipment rental within the building. After a day on the slopes, the spa at the bottom of the hotel is a great place to relax. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent. The food and drinks are of high quality, which is truly commendable. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels that offered a smaller selection and lower-quality meals. A special shout-out to the young and efficient team in restaurant who keep everything running smoothly. Everyone from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff and the restaurant crew is incredibly pleasant, professional and welcoming. Thank you for ensuring we had a wonderful vacation! I hope to return in the future and experience the hotel again, perhaps after its planned renovation this year.

We had a nice time at the Kapoom - Carpe Solem. The hotel is located in a really nice area, close to the city center (walking distance) and nearby bus stop to the mountains. The hotel itself is nice, the room is really beautiful and well decorated. Both breakfast and dinner are nice and buffet style. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice sauna and swimming pool (this last one is more for kids).

Everything is ok, the temperature in the room is just too hot, you need to open the window everytime but there s noise outside… We stayed 4 days but our room wasn t cleaned during this period, the garbage was full from the first day. We payed for the breakfast but the food list is very small and the crew is very “cold”.
