We are delighted to leave our stay. We would like to express our satisfaction with the hotel we stayed at during our extremely enjoyable and peaceful holiday. Thanks to both the facilities and the attentive staff, we had an unforgettable stay. The guest-oriented and solution-oriented approach of Ali Rıza Bey, the management, was very positive. From the very beginning, Tuğba Hanım, Sümeyra Hanım, and Melih Bey at the reception desk provided a warm and professional welcome. They patiently answered all our questions and sincerely assisted us with every need. The sufficient variety and delicious food offered at breakfast and dinner, in our opinion, demonstrates the hotel's culinary expertise. The friendly and prompt service of Kaan Bey and his team made mealtimes even more enjoyable. The spaciousness of the adult pool, in particular, and the meticulous attention to its hygiene ensured a comfortable stay throughout the day. The neatness and cleanliness of the pool area clearly demonstrate the hotel's professionalism in this area. The lifeguard team of Emirhan, Enes, and Musa deserves praise for both their safety and courtesy. Their quiet yet attentive observations made us feel safe at all times. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the housekeeping team, our room was clean and tidy. They immediately provided supplies in case of emergency. While we didn't know their names individually, their diligence and meticulousness were evident in every detail. We extend our sincere thanks to them for this invisible yet invaluable contribution. The hotel's amenities, combined with the staff's sincerity and professionalism, resulted in a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything being in its proper place and meticulously crafted made this experience a special one for us, whose sole purpose was to relax. My only constructive criticism of the hotel would be the inefficient Wi-Fi and the in-room phone. The hotel will address these shortcomings over time and improve its quality. Another generally disappointing, though not hotel-related, issue was the excessively wasteful behavior of some guests at breakfast and dinner. Şenol Aydın, Safranbolu/Karabük
I went just for the pool. It was great, the workers there were nice, we bought some food that was nice.
It's no different from a hostel. They charge like five-star hotels with 8.5-9 ratings. The rooms are inadequate. There are no armchairs or chairs to sit on. The children's area is inadequate. I've witnessed some staff members react angrily when children ask questions if they're alone, and I've warned them. The water park isn't working properly. The restaurant staff constantly spy on you, asking what you bought and how much you paid. They act like they're serving you food for your own convenience. They're surly, as if they're paying for it as you eat. They don't seem to realize we're buying from them. The food isn't mediocre, but it's not excellent either. There's no special menu, just standard fare. The desserts are always the same; half is good, the other half is just okay. The breakfast is mediocre. The boiled eggs are overcooked, the inside is gray. The fries have a very distinct, strong odor. The cheeses are flavorless, the olives are salty, and the menemen is blended like sauce, nothing special. You get heartburn from eating flatbreads every day. There's nothing special about pide or pizza. If you're with a child, your child might go hungry at lunch. They even charge extra for water. Only the semi-Olympic pool was nice, but it had no lines. Life ends in the evening. You definitely don't get what you pay for. I don't recommend it.
