Wonderful stay at the Coco Residence! The location is magnificent, easy to access, and close to the most beautiful beaches in Martinique and Le Marin, where you can do your shopping and find a wide variety of restaurants. The residence is very well maintained and the welcome is top-notch! I hope to return very soon.
A great stay in this quiet, family-friendly residence, very well located. The apartments are clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. The pool is pleasant. Ste Anne beach (in our opinion, one of the most beautiful in Martinique) is less than a 7-minute walk away. Philippe and Virginie, our on-site hosts, are very welcoming and attentive; a real plus for this residence. In all honesty, we've already booked an apartment for next year... We highly recommend this residence.
A beautiful residence with an ideal location. Marin Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the town is 10 minutes away. Salines Beach is a 10-minute drive away. We received a very warm welcome from Virginie and Philippe, who do a remarkable job and are attentive and available to offer any advice. They contribute greatly to the success of our stay and make our daily lives easier. The apartments are well-equipped and clean. We will definitely return.
