Carrickdale Hotel & Spa

Went to a wedding recently at Carrick Dale hotel and it was exceptional, Rooms were very clean and well appointed,food in hotel and especially the wedding meal was excellent and they had plenty of staff on hand to quickly serve everyone and honestly the staff ,servers,bar and hotel are one of the most impressive elements of the hotel, they are knowledgeable and friendly and second to none. Location is good just off motorway and the hotel gardens are very special and honestly need to be seen because hard to describe their pristine condition, the groundskeepers obviously love their work. If considering for a wedding it's an easy recommendation.

Me and my Family recently stayed at the Carrickdale Hotel and was genuinely blown away by the entire experience. The facilities are top-class, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Whether you’re there for a spa break, a wedding, or just a getaway, you’ll be impressed by the attention to detail throughout. What truly sets the Carrickdale apart, though, are the stunning gardens. They are immaculately maintained and offer a peaceful and picturesque escape—perfect for a morning stroll or evening unwind. If you’re considering a stay, don’t hesitate. This hotel is a gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fairly good value for money! The only issue we had was with a group of non guests running around the hotel banging on peoples doors. There was a newborn baby down our hall who was woken up multiple times by this. I know that is not the fault of the hotel but the staff were fairly slow to act upon this issue despite the enormous amount of complaints. Other than that we had no problem with our service for the rest of our stay and the food was good! The spa are was amazing and quiet, unlike other places in the hotel.
