I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice and the restaurant/bar on the roof was wonderful
Great location in the Walled City with access to everything. Close to airport. Modern "smart" rooms. Good restaurant on site, and many more close by. No English TV channels, but you can access some streams if you know what you're doing. The Samsung smart TV doesn't seem to have access to all apps like news streaming services.
Great hotel in Cartagena, clean & smart looking, Great staff & service, Nice rooms with Smart connectivity & operation, Good AC, Roof terrace for dining with a hot tub! Only complaint would be the bathroom, shower needed descaling as it had multiple jets but most didn't work, & when showering the bathroom floor got really wet even though the shower door was closed? 1 Towel was quite rough on the skin too!
