overall decent place. friendly staff. room ok except not much sound proofing. mattress was excellent. great location. breakfast was a bit disappointing, small portion and squashed space. if had been a better breakfast then would have got 5 stars.

Serious Safety & Accessibility Issues at Cas Papà — Avoid if You Value Your Wellbeing I stayed at Cas Papà Hotel in Valldemossa on 26th April 2025 and had a deeply distressing experience that I want to warn future guests about. The hotel has no accessibility provisions at all — only old, broken stone steps to get in and out, no elevator, and rough cobbled streets leading to it. This makes it nearly impossible or very dangerous for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. This was never disclosed when I booked. There was no physical reception staff when I arrived, only a virtual reception via intercom. The staff member I spoke to was unprofessional, unsympathetic, and repeatedly demanded payment via WhatsApp—despite me having already paid online. It took me asking to cancel the booking for him to finally give me my room number, but even then, the information was incorrect and stressful. The room key was old and awkward to use — a serious safety hazard in an emergency. The windows had broken shutters that opened on their own in heavy rain, and the door and lock were very difficult to operate. When I tried to leave and re-enter the building, the door codes given were incorrect, causing further hassle. Despite my illness and discomfort, I paid for breakfast just to avoid confrontation and left as soon as possible. I have formally complained to management, but they have ignored me or failed to provide a meaningful response. This hotel seriously failed in duty of care, communication, and safety. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to reconsider and to report poor standards if they encounter similar issues.

❌ No reception, check in online (you NEED TO MAKE A SELFIE AND PIC OF YOUR PASSPORT/ID for verification) ❌ No airco, good luck if you're not used to the Spanish temperatures ❌ No accessibility; you cannot park close (also paying), no elevator, lots of stairs. ❌ Safety; old key and no reception during the night, very easy to break in. (Didn't feel safe) ❌ Noise; no isolation of noise, we woke up at 3 am and had to close everything, but then of course It got too hot in the room. ❌ TV was not working, just a screen, not connected so no netflix or anything else. ❌Electricity; the socket next to the bed was broken and covered with duct tape. ❌ Do it yourself bar, no personell to serve you. ✅ Good view ✅ In the morning there was personell, they were very friendly ✅Good breakfast Final review; Price and expectations do not match.
