Very nice hotel, offering all essential toiletries expected by a four-star establishment. Given the price, I would have expected the linen and towels to be newer, as the existing ones showed some signs of wear. The hotel offers an 'a la carte' breakfast, rather than a buffet, which may not be to everyone's preference. However, there was a good variety of options, while the breakfast staff were quite efficient in delivering orders quickly. In general, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it for a quiet and relaxing visit.

This hotel is a hidden gem in one of the best areas of Madrid. It’s centrally located yet remarkably quiet, thanks to the presence of government buildings and security on the street. We booked two standard rooms—one facing the interior and the other facing the street. I strongly recommend avoiding the interior-facing rooms, as they are quite narrow, have small bathrooms, and receive little natural light. In contrast, the exterior-facing room felt much more spacious, brighter, and upscale. The good news is that both rooms had fantastic showers with excellent water pressure. Amenities are quite limited. Breakfast is continental only, and there was no restaurant available during my stay. Although they do have parking onsite, it's incredibly difficult to get in and out of so for those with even slightly larger cars, beware. Service was decent, though it didn’t feel particularly warm. The staff was courteous but a few lacked a genuine sense of hospitality, in my opinion. That said, we paid under €200 per night, which is an incredible deal given the location and overall quality of the room.

Convenient Location, but Comfort Ends There The hotel’s central location is definitely its biggest selling point — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room was uncomfortably furnished and the bed far from restful. What really ruined the stay, though, was the persistent vibrating noise — presumably from the air conditioning unit — that kept me awake even with earplugs in. I was jolted out of sleep around 3 AM and couldn’t get back to rest, which was especially frustrating given I had a major business meeting the next morning. Exhausted is the last thing I wanted to feel. The "gym" was more of a corner with a few machines and minimal space (see photo). It doesn’t resemble a real fitness facility — more like an afterthought with just enough equipment to check a box. Breakfast was another letdown. There’s no buffet, and the options were very limited. At least the coffee was decent. In short, if you just need a place to drop your bags and don’t mind a sleepless night or lack of amenities, this might do. But if comfort, rest, or even a semi-functional gym matter to you — look elsewhere
