Absolutely fantastic hotel!! First thing to mention is the staff, which are all incredibly friendly and supportive. We really felt like coming home when staying here. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, located in an old traditional building with beautiful architecture. The rooms are amazingly spacious, quite moderen but also very warm. With beds very comfortable beds where you can sleep for days. Breakfast is served in a specific room, and the great cook will prepare anything for you that you like. There are two pools, one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop. On hot days we cooled of on the rooftop pool at the end of the day, where there are also plenty of very comfortable beds. Having visited Cartagena at least six times and experienced some of the finest luxury hotels, I can confidently say that none compare to Casa Belle. From the moment I booked, the communication was personalized and seamless. The rooms are gorgeous, and the decor is simply stunning! As someone who’s traveled the world and stayed in many luxurious spots, this place ranks among the best of the best. If you’re searching for a place to stay in Cartagena, look no further—Casa Belle and its exceptional staff will keep you coming back time and again!

This hotel is very beautiful in a good quiet place, staff is polite but doesn't care much about you. It really doesn't worth this price (you can get much better hotel in Cartagena for same or less money). The room was spacious and nice, but the shower didn't work well, shampoo, soap etc were only for one person (and there were 2 guests), bathrobes were obviously old and gray as if they were used for years. The hotel announces 2 swimming pool but the one on the top is really tiny, and the one in the lobby is spacious but looks more as decoration. During our stay there were some leaves from the trees in a pool and nobody was in a rush to clean it. When we asked for the coffee, they told us that the coffee machine is broken. Kind of disappointing - to stay in Colombia and not to have a coffee in a hotel. There is no buffet for breakfast, you can order food which is OK but not too good and for less price you can eat really well outside. These all are tiny issues and I would say for 100$ it would be great option and amazing hotel. But when you pay 200$/night + 50$ of taxes, you expect way better service. Don't recommend it, there are better hotels in Cartagena.
