Casa Branca Hotel

We stayed 2 night @Casa Branca en route to Santa Antaõ. Its location is close to the vibrant centre of Mindelo where you’ll find nice restaurants and live music. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are luxurious and HUGE! During the first night a tropical storm hit the island and did al lot of damage, the hotel suffered water damage due to the extensive rain. The staff did there utmost to clean up the mess and provide for the guests as best they could under the difficult circumstances due to the storm. They really were exceptional 👍 When in Mindelo look no further and spend the night at Casa Branca, trust me: you won’t be disappointed.

The staff were great, very attentive and friendly. Great location, close to the centre while not being too loud. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip with lots of the menu. Our room was perfect, lots of space and good balcony. The only negative is the hotel that’s been built mostly in front of this one but I’d still stay here again.

Simply phenomenal experience at the Casa Branca hotel. I stayed three nights and felt content to spend the bulk of my day at the hotel itself, frequenting the spa and restaurant. The hotel boasts a very personal feel given the size; the staff was extraordinarily courteous and polite despite some language barriers. Great coffees, cappuccinos and espressos. Beer and wine available on site as well until 2300. I also participated in the New Year’s Eve dinner event held on-site. Truly a fun experience and exceptional value; the courses were fantastic and highlighted the culture of Cabo Verde. You will remember Cabo Verde fondly because of Hotel Casa Branca.
