SPECTACULAR!!!! The food in both restaurants. Alessandro the server in the Italian restaurant was awesome with our kids and also made great recommendations. The service overall superb, from the valet parking folks to the room service. It is really an outstanding service with an amazing room, new, clean, with a full and free mini fridge. Breakfast is wonderful.

I feel like I am in a mountain stay in Switzerland when staying here. Or perhaps an old lodge while staying in the mountain ranges of Europe. We were here for a wedding for a whole week and were able to enjoy much of the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, as is the service, the decorations are amazing as well (we were here during the start of the holiday season for Gramado), and the bartenders are great at making OLD FASHIONS!! I didn’t enjoy the desk they have in the room, and the Wi-Fi is in and out, but otherwise a great place to stay! They also have a hot tub, steam room and pool in the basement

It's a very traditional hotel, a tourist destination in its own. The construction itself is historical and, as such, shows some age, albeit well maintained. Indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, an old style merry-go-round, small kids facilities, three restaurants and a bar round out the package. Friendly staff, a nice stay overall, but rather pricey. Excellent location within walking distance from several attractions.
