Casa de la Loma

It's a very comfort, attending, beautiful and safely hotel in the outside of the center of the city. Their concept, a very regional and classic architecture of morelia, and their professional attention makes a very nice place to stay for vacations or for businesspurposes, because it's a calm, relaxing and untroble place in every detail. The restaurant is vast and full of regional food, it's cheat and comfortable. There is one the detail of the taxi problem, they took so long to arrive to the hotel. But in everything else it's a very good choice of staying.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, we had no issues at all. The hotel has excellent scenery a bunch of hallways and so many flowers and plants which give it a very beautiful atmosphere, so much harmony!!! Getting to the parking lot was a bit complicated due to the high inclined entrance which is the same entrance for pedestrians, therefore it doesn't seem too wheelchair friendly. Overall I'd say it was a bit more expensive than what I would've liked but I have to consider that this was during Día De Muertos so everything goes pricier in Morelia and nearby towns.

Terrible customer service, the lady who gives information about the booking is very rude, she doesn't have manners, sounds like she doesn't like her job, every single question annoys her. I saw the hotel in internet it is beautiful but if that is the treatment by phone I don't want to know how is when you stay there, what a shame.
