Great hotel. They master simplicity while giving to a feel of luxury. This is a few blocks from the main strip and is a very simple yet elegant hotel in its approach. I would prefer this location to anyone that wants the quiet simple things and that truly knows what Mexico 🇲🇽 is about.

You couldn't pick a more wonderful place to stay in Merida than this one. It was my first time in Merida, and the entire team at Casa de las Palomas are amazing! From the reception area, to eating breakfast at their restaurant, to the amazing room I stayed at (#6), I was blown away by its elegance and decor. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place, and I will definitely stay here again!

This is an absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, services and location - myself and my partner could hardly believe we were here when we arrived - a very quiet hotel where we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Staff were extremely friendly and very receptive to specific requests. Myself and my partner had booked two tours which started early in the morning. The hotel made sure that both of those mornings we had a bag consisting of a freshly-made sandwich, some fruit and orange juice to take with us. I was also able to have a full laundry service of two weeks' worth of clothing with shirts folded and even socks paired (!) for roughly £5 in total. The location is right in the center of Merida. Within 5-10 minutes you can access some of the amazing restaurants and bars in Merida. The hotel restaurant is also excellent and gave us some of the best chilaquiles we had on the trip. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - it's practically idyllic.
