This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The boutique hotel itself is immaculately beautiful, lush, and so well-kept. Cleanliness was never a worry, the bathrooms and showers were wonderful- spacious, hot water with great pressure, and amazing toiletries provided. But the most impressive part of this hotel was the staff. They provided thoughtful, prompt, and caring service. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cartagena.
Where do I start....we loved everything about this boutique hotel. 24H service and support in English, always service with a smile. Great location, walkable to everything in old town and getsemani. Attached to the best breakfast place in town where you get a generous daily credit and zero wait time. Bed is oh so comfy and our room is always a retreat from the heat and busy old town. Lovely warm pool and picture perfect courtyard. I would return in a 💓 heartbeat.
We stayed there in January — unfortunately, it rained all three days. The hotel is beautiful and located in the Walled City. The rooms are neither too big nor too small. They serve breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel, but the service is extremely slow. I came back a few months later and it was still the same.
