Amazing place to stay in Torba, art is all around and the design is super cool! Clean, friendly staff and top location Special thanks to Bora in the front desk(who surprisingly spoke very good spanish) for making us feel like at home

Casa dell‘arte in Bodrum is a very nice and friendly accommodation to spend some days in Bodrum. Rooms are big and comfortable, it has a private beach with all facilities and a new restaurant called Cotto sul Mare which we were not able to taste because the two nights we been there we got dinner invitation from friends leaving in Bodrum but I would suggest to try it also for the beautiful location in front of the sea side. The employee of the Casa dell’arte are very available for any question and inquiries, we got only some language difficulties because not everybody was speaking English but we could effort that. Many thanks and see you soon. I would choose Casa dell’Arte again also because the architecture of the interior are amazing.

I had planned to travel solo to this hotel in June 2024 however due to unforeseen circumstances; I unfortunately had to cancel my entire trip. I contacted customer service immediately and spoke to a lady by the name of Ziya by whom I provided evidence of the matter to. I was shocked at how rude and dismissive they were towards me which was extremely disappointing. I requested new dates for later in the year by which they were going to cost at least double the price. This was very unreasonable given the hotel would not allow any refunds for any given reason. I therefore had no choice but to forfeit my whole stay with no refund or credit provided. I would have expected more understanding and cooperativeness during this time. I'm sure it would have been a lovely stay however given the very poor customer service received, I would not feel comfortable booking through this hotel again.
