Waiters were unfriendly und just rude to tourists. Food is very good and the location as well as the place is really beautiful, would recommend it. They got mad because I didn’t give tip. Yet, it’s good quality food and really beautiful .

If I was to rate this hotel only on service, I would’ve given it 5 stars. The valet staff went above and beyond everyday to fulfill our needs and be helpful. The room was exactly what we wanted. A colonial, rustic feel with some modern touches. Unfortunately we did not get the TV to work throughout our 3 day stay. This location is not for someone who wants absolute silence. It’s a busy area and you will hear noise up to 1-2am and early morning around 6-7am. However, the doors do cancel lots of the noise. Really liked to be in the centre of Morelia and be able to walk to pretty much anything. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. Breakfast for room service was delicious! Dinner was not. 1/5 for the dinner. However the rooftop views are 5/5!! Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal por su cálida atención y ayuda.

Where do I begin. We were given 3 menus for a table of 7. I think you are paying for the view, more than the quality of the food. We had dinner so maybe breakfast/lunch can differ. My steak was cold, I was brought a butter knife to cut it (which I couldn’t) and I ended up finding a small bug. I believe the best plate we had was the boneless wings. That was just very surprising, for the expectation I had, of a restaurant that has more than normal prices. I will go back for the breakfast and rate had separately. Just this one was a bad experience
