Casa Grande Hotel

Amazing hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights and wish I could stay longer! The room was spacious. Our room was in front of the greenery and the pool, so it was very convenient and beautiful look. The pool was heated and Jacuzzy had a good temperature. Parking is easy - they have a gated parking lot. This area seems to have limited parking on the street so I was glad that they have designated parking area. The food at the breakfast buffet was great! Lots of healthy options. I checked out the bar at the top, but ended up not using it because it was not as spacious as I wished. It is 40 min away from the airport but I felt it was located in a great safe area. On the way back to the airport, Google maps took us to roads with very steep hills and our rental car had issues to climb up multiple times. I changed to Apple Map and manually guided myself after, and we managed to arrive to the airport. The guest services were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

First there were bugs crawling on my towels , they called them my little friends and moved me after I tried to check out. Wall paper peeling, pipes make noise lots of staff makes you wait while they print a receipt and make you sign for breakfast that’s free. They know the room key cards fail often I was locked out of my room as well as other guests constantly and I was blamed for having it near my cell phone. checked out 22 days early after I woke up to staff coming in my room while asleep at midnight. Better management and maintenance is needed. Another co worker left also because despite 6 people at the desk getting a receipt to do an expense report was a 30 min process. Price list for towels and wash clothes is tacky. I was made to wait while they sent someone to check the mini bar upon check out.

About the rooftop bar, Nice place but we had to cope with the broadcast of a football match : loud sounds of the comments totally wasted the experience of this place. Very sad, because nobody was interested in the match except waiters....
