Great cost benefit! They’re super flexible during low season and with family with kids. Def recommend! Our room was ready 6 hours before check in time and we checkout 3 hours after the usual checkout time. Recently renovated and great area for kids.

Beautiful location right on the beach, great pools, spa, indoor pool and food selection for breakfast and dinner. Expensive food prices especially for lunch at the cafe. High price for locals but reasonable for tourists in the off season. Look for the weekly off season deal that includes dinner and breakfast. Grounds were under construction and loud jack hammering during the day, but it was off season so somewhat understandable. Great kids activities for mini golf, kids club and water park style pool. Good quality was very good and the hotel's decorative style and bar are beautiful.

Oh wow what to say. Good luck when you try to get a rest during the week and there is a bigger group who does a party. The reason for 1 star is because they don't respect the night. They had a band playing way over 1 AM during the week. They value more the money of bigger groups than the single guest. It's not possible to close the windows properly as the rooms are quite old. The service is overall nice and friendly and good in ignoring problems. The food is good, but not special for a 5 star hotel. Overall the hotel is way too expensive for the value it offers.
