Casa hotel Los Laureles

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are apartment studios with kitchenette, desk, shelving unit and TV. The kitchenette has a dual burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and dinnerware for two. The cabinets, shelving and desk are natural hardwood with polished concrete counters. Everything is super clean. The check-in is completely online and entry is with digital codes. If you need assistance with anything just message them and they will be right there. The location is midway between the two most popular areas of Laureles, Avenida 70, and the corridor of elegant restaurant and bars near the first and second parks. All within walking distance. I originally came for two days and liked it so much I extended my stay.

Excellent !! The value for money was more than fair. Our hosts were very flexible and very kind to us. The room and even the whole building is clean and well arrange. We loved the terrasse in the top. Our room was clean, modern and with everything that we needed. Also they had a surprise for us in the fridge: beers and water : ) We could check in early and leave after check out, they arranged us a lot, we are really grateful because it as made our trip so much better. The communication with our host was easy and smooth, ready to help at anytime. Good location, near bars and restaurants even though the street is quiet at night. 100% recommanded as we loved the place and everything else.

Nice looking room with somewhat uncomfortable beds (not surprising in Colombia). The terrace is really nice and a great place to have a beer with friends. The only problems with the place are that there is no AC & it gets quite hot, the windows don't block any noise (and its very loud at night or in the morning), and breakfast is not included despite the price.
