Our room was on the first floor, directly on the street (like an old boutique has been transformed into a few hotel rooms). There were ants, the fridge is unusable because of the smell, the AC is a supplement and has to be payed to the to the non-existent reception that does not even answer messages. This was not worth the price we paid and also the worst BnB experience of our lives
The most horrible hotel i've visited in my life!. I came to Milan a day before the scheduled date, so I had to book a day in this room, which is worse than bad, abnormal noise, unpleasant smell.
The most horrible hotel i've visited in my life! poor service! nothing was well! the toilet sink was broken but put as if there everything was well! suddenly it put water in all the room! the room was full of water at the morning, the water full and arrived to the street! you have to ring on a far place to find the sevice to have the keys! you're so lucky if you find them... the next day we didn't find our pyjamas!!!! the hotel is like a store on the street! i visited from 3 years ago and till now i cannot forget! I visited a lot of hotels in my life! THIS ONE WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE! I wish my comment will not be deleted!
