Casa Inn Business Hotel Celaya

This place was amazing for the price. Stayed a week here while vacationing and seeing family. The pool was very nice and the staff was as friendly as can be. The restaraunt food was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re touring. Most of the staff are bilingual and if you speak with one that it is not, they are quick to find another staff member to aid with conversation with little to no complications. I will stay here next year

Do to a family emergency I ended up staying for a few nights here and I sincerely believe that this guys do take care of their customers. They were very helpful to all of my family needs in regards to accommodation, transportation and other needs, I don't know hot to thank them enough. Rooms were clean and fairly Large enough to rest peacefully at night. Price is fair and customer service is excelent, my family and I are very happy to have stayed here, we all agree that it was a good choice. Restaurant food it good and service is excelente. Thanks to.management and whole hotel staff, mil gracias y que dios los bendiga a todos por ser muy serviciales y helpful. Hope this review help others...I am a foreigner and if I ever visit Celaya again I would definitely be staying at Casa Inn again. Thousand thanks guys.

Good Reasonablely Affordable. Good sized room in our suite. Great city views. Breakfast has a good selection. We had to complain that other guests of local football teams were making tooo much noise waking is up at 4.30am the first night. The second night they had staff attend they area an be keep them quiet which was greatly appreciated. Bad Food service was poor. Wrong people given wrong food as the waiter didn't know what was fish or chicken. Also didn't know how to mix alcoholic drinks and got orders wrong mixing up rum for tequila. Was friendly and always tried to make things right. A train service blares it's horn and woke me up several times. Not all guests heard it though
