Very comfy (and large) bed and pillows. Ample room space, though bathroom was quite small. Love the room lighting, but some switches aren’t functional. Cleanliness can be improved on the bathroom, particularly the nooks (floor corners). Nozzles of Shower heads (both the rainfall & handheld), as well as Bidet sprayer needed a cleaning too. A little pricey for it’s room rate considering there’s no free breakfast, but overall experience is okay. Adequate parking space available. Location is good, lots of food establishments around the area.

Everything is above expectation, however I would suggest for a bit more training to your staff, specifically the front desk, the woman was not really friendly, she wasn't approachable, it was like she doesn't want to be disturbed or asked questions. and I believe it's really not just a coincidence since that was also the comment of my wife.
