I loved this hotel. We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It is a great location for the ski lift and a walk into Bansko town. The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Food was very tasty and a good selection, but if you only like uk food it will not be for you. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra. It was hard to stop myself. Nice hotel with its own underground parking, spa and sky rental.
We had a great stay at Casa Karina Bansko! The rooms were clean but quite tired and could use some renovation. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The kitchen was excellent, offering a varied and delicious buffet, but unfortunately, no water was provided for dinner. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift and close to restaurants and shops. I recommend it for its convenience, great food, and service!
