Casa Las Tortugas Petit Beach Hotel & Spa

We stayed at Casa Tortugas in June with our three adult children to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. This beautifully renovated boutique hotel is an absolute gem—perfectly located right in the heart of the village, directly on the beach. We booked both a beachfront room for four and a poolside room for two, and both were stunning—thoughtfully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was pristine and peaceful, and the restaurant was not only beautifully decorated but served absolutely delicious food. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. On our final day, we had an early morning flight out of Cancún, and they greeted us at dawn with fresh French press coffee, boxed breakfasts to go, and a scheduled car to the ferry—all arranged without us having to ask. We can’t wait to come back. Such a magical stay!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend in their beautiful beach front room. It was the most wonderful experience! Amazing food, even better service and all the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The location and ambiance were incredible! The room was clean and beautiful! We will definitely be coming back and I will only ever stay at Casa Las Tortugas! It was truly a five star experience!

A friend and I stayed here for three nights as part of a longer Mexico trip and wish we'd stayed longer! The room, facilities and beachfront were spotless and absolutely stunning, and the staff were so attentive and helpful. The daily yoga (free for guests) was a particular highlight. Food was fantastic (we sampled all the hotel restaurants...) – expensive for Mexico but worth the price.
