We visited the restaurant for dinner. It was a great experience. I love the great room with the big fireplace. Walking around the grounds and down to the lake was a treat. Dinner was wonderful. Quick note: the dinner reservation form on the website appears not to have been working when we reserved. Perhaps they fixed it. If you don't get an email confirmation, I recommend pinging them on WhatsApp or calling the hotel. Nevertheless, they were gracious and accommodated us with no problem.

This hotel is truly remarkable, offering splendid views of Lake Llanquihue and, when the skies are clear, an awe-inspiring sight of the Osorno volcano. The room we stayed in, which I believe is the finest, featured floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the lake and Osorno. Impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, with a generously sized and comfortable bed, our room surpassed high standards, including the well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were the best we've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and remarkably helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Idyllic views, very quiet and peaceful surroundings, excellent location for day trips. I leave with a bittersweet taste from what could have been a truly memorable experience from start to finish because the lack of attention to details marred my stay. It is simply unacceptable to have old and fraying bathroom towels. They did place new ones on the last day of my stay, BUT they were not previously washed!! What an unpleasant surprise coming right out of the shower, to dry oneself with towels that smell of chemicals. As for the food service, the included breakfast was not up to par with the hotel's reputation: lesser quality cheese, eggs not prepared as expected, and several other tiny details. Quality was not consistent, a matter of luck whether you got freshly baked bread or not. There was an evident lack of personnel, which caused delays in restaurant service on several of the days during my 6 day stay. The staff makes every effort to care for customers, and they perform multiple roles to do so. Need to mention Alfredo, who was always helpful: being at front desk or helping to wait tables, always working with a smile. I truly hope that the administration makes the necessary improvements to fulfill the expectations of its guests, that undoubtedly come here seeking peaceful and unforgettable memories.
