This hotel is a dream come true. Magical is the only word to describe our stay there. The staff running the hotel were top notch and were so friendly and accommodating to our needs. They made sure when we left to explore the town we knew exactly where we were going. They recommended the best restaurants and walks and everything to make our dream trip come true. We decided to move to SMA after our trip and feel the vibe we experienced at Casa No Name contributed to our decision.

In my many years of travel, I have never experienced a hotel of this unique charm and elegance. The historical significance of the view of the tunnel to the church from 1812 in our room was amazing. We felt as if the entire property was our home. A standout feature of Casa No Name is its exceptional staff. Team members Eliana, Carmen, and Jose are exemplary ambassadors of the hotel’s brand, consistently providing personalized and attentive service. Their dedication made our experience memorable and felt as if it was custom tailored to our preferences. We will be back!

While we haven’t tried the food yet, we visited for a late afternoon drink, and the margaritas were delicious. The atmosphere is quiet and so Zen, making it the perfect spot to relax. We can’t wait to return and explore their menu. If you’re in town, this place is definitely worth a visit!
