Excellent location, great staff.

Very nice hotel at the city centre. It is modern and very clean. The staff at the reception, kitchen and bar is very friendly. They take very good care of you if you have any special needs or allergy regarding food.

I recently stayed at Casa Popeea Boutique Hotel in Brăila and found it to be the best accommodation option in the area, despite a few minor issues during my visit. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, offering a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The service truly stands out, particularly from the restaurant staff who go above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience. Speaking of dining, the food quality is excellent - both tasty and well-presented. Unfortunately, during this particular stay, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning system, which wasn't functioning properly. This resulted in uncomfortably warm room temperatures that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. While the rooms are typically well-maintained and clean, I've occasionally noticed that the bathrooms aren't always thoroughly cleaned to the expected standard upon check-in. Despite these minor drawbacks, Casa Popeea Boutique Hotel remains my top choice when visiting Brăila. The combination of comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and quality dining outweighs the occasional shortcomings.
