We loved our stay there. We were there in February 2025. It is perfectly located for visiting different parts of the city. David, the chef at the restaurant, is very nice and cooks excellent food. Thank you for making our stay. They're so enjoyable.
No breakfast. The restaurant is closed. I went upstairs to ask about it, and they said it was only being served for those for who it was included in their reservation, but when I reserved several weeks ago, there was no option to include it as it said that it was part of the reservation. They did not offer me this information when I checked in. Though it is a very beautiful place, this was a little bit annoying as I’m staying here for several days and was planning to be able to have breakfast here before going out. If you plan to stay here, make sure to call and ask if you plan to eat here.
The staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. We booked three rooms, and while they were okay, they lacked windows to the outside, making them feel somewhat enclosed with no access to fresh air. The air quality, especially at night, was challenging. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant and bar had been out of service for several weeks, and there was no room service available. Overall, it was simply a place to sleep, without many of the amenities we had hoped for.
