They were warm, attentive, and impressively bilingual—always patient and eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality alone sets the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with character. One of the standout features for us was the shower—crafted from a single slab of marble stone. It’s a stunning and unique touch that elevates the whole experience. We stayed in one of the suites, which had stairs leading to a more private upper level—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The location is ideal—you’re just a short walk from charming local shops, beautiful architecture, and historical sites. The nearby overlook offers breathtaking views of the city and a glimpse into its rich heritage. We also dined at the on-site restaurant and were impressed by its ability to cater to both large and private parties. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, and the food and service were exceptional. Great place to stay in Zacatlan. Nice. Clean. Good food. Can handle both small parties and large groups. Location is perfect, within walking distance of shops, breathtaking views, and gorgeous murals. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Zacatlan. It's not easy to get 5 stars from me, but this hotel earned them. Fine place.
