Casablanca Grand Hotel

A lovely hotel, excellent standard of cleanliness, rooms perfect, staff all so kind and helpful. Very pleased we booked this hotel and would definitely stay again! Good location, we were staying for Formula 1 weekend and just a short Uber ride to see racing. Mall of Arabia just across road, very handy. Ate in Lemongrass Japanese restaurant in hotel on last night, great meal expertly cooked at our table. Loved the rooftop terrace and the pools up there too. Breakfast everyday in Ewan restaurant had a great selection too, something for everyone. Hotel is definitely worth every one of it's 5 stars!

had the pleasure of staying at the Casablanca recently was immensely pleased with the facilities and the level of comfort available. The kitchen staff was also very cooperative, and the food was tasteful and as per international standards would recommend everyone to visit again definitely I’m coming again

Given 3 star because the swimming pool operation time is not good timing. Swimming pool open from 9am to 4pm. If you checkin for only 1 night it is impossible for kids to swim on the 1st day of checkin. Because you can checkin at 4pm. If you wish to bring kids to swimming pool you need to let them swim before checkout. Like in rush. As checkout is at 12noon. We booked this hotel due to the swimming pool is nice indoor. The deep is good for kids. But can't fully utilise it. Arrived today at the pool at 0950H still the pool not operating. No one there to open the water pump. They come at 10am. So for me this is not a kids friendly place. Hotel staff, room and cleanliness is good. Extra charge to check in early. Thank you for letting us stay another hour for praying time before checkout. Really appreciate.
