Casablanca Takamul Hotel

A neat and clean four star hotel. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom are good. Ample lifts available. Sufficient parking available in front and around the hotel. Hotel offers Saudi style breakfast. No nearby food restaurant. Hotel provides shuttle service at fixed timings to Haram.

Non professional check in, very weak WiFi connection, TV remote not working, room service not there and have to chase to get paper towel or shower gel.and Never been asked to clean room. Safe box locked open. Room key have hard times to open door before fixed. Front desk when tried to call never answered and had to get down to request service. Some Employees were great when reached hotel to park and handle luggage

There was an event in the lady's section and the bosses were very cruel didn't like the way they treat their employs.. the view of making them stands like mannequin for hours before the hall gets full was really rude.. it wasn't professional act towards people who are working hard to clean and make everything looks perfect they were clearly broke their backs.. and more to say but... i just want to see people being humble with thier jobs, positions 🙏
