Loved it. The personal was so kind and professional. Always willing to help and find a solution for us. The rooms are beautiful, and respect the images you can see online. The beds are a bit too hard but that’s personal preferences. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Only problem is the lack of parking spot for the hotel. There is already a lack of parking due to the many hotels and inhabitants living around, I believe they could do more in terms of parking spot. But otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.
We stayed for 12 nights and we found the hotel to be more than adequate. Beautiful hotel! Grate breakfast!Fantastic location,very friendly staff who will go out the way to help you ,especially Carina!! Defenetly coming back! Thank you guys 😊
The reception staff and kitchen are very nice and helpful however the breakfast is below average (not a lot of variety, drinks are awful) and the cleaning... the worst. We had ants everywhere, twice we had to go ask for towels that haven't been changed, the ashtray was not emptied for days, we had 2 cups that we used when we arrived that were left on the table the whole week, we also had to ask for tissue paper and hair dryer, stains on the bedsheets and towels, mold in the bathroom and so on. It's a shame really because this hotel could have potential to be great.
