My stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. A very nice hotel to stay in. I arrived at 1:30 AM, and they still accommodated my check-in. The balcony opens directly to the swimming pool. Highly recommended!
The location is good, but the service attitude is virtually non-existent. I obtained the most distant room on the first floor. We were charged 3000 Thai baht as a deposit upon check-in (indicating our understanding), but I waited more than FIFTEEN minutes before getting the refund. The front desk staff were available but said we had to wait others staff to get the room-by-room checks, while no one else checked out except me at that fifteen mins. The taxi to the airport has been waiting for me for a long time, so anyone should pay attention to this when checking out！ Other drawbacks: dirty little spots on the bed, no beach towels provided, a weak toilet tank, and very casual room cleaning.
