Very clean brand new accommodation with private bathroom. The room is large with air conditioning. Only 10 minutes walk to palace of Norman’s . Easy to reach by car and free public parking in the street.

I used the facility for one night during a business trip and was absolutely satisfied. Don't be fooled by the external appearance of the building, Casa Gioiosa embodies the meaning of its name. Exquisite rooms, bathrooms, common areas, exactly like the owner who welcomed us, explaining and showing us the rooms and services offered. All the rooms have a balcony (which is very important to me) and are very well kept, both in terms of furnishings and cleanliness (impeccable). Spacious bathrooms, with large shower, for the exclusive use of each individual room. Air conditioning particularly welcome. What can I say, except that I advise anyone who needs accommodation for a few days to contact Cinzia to be welcomed into her Casa Gioiosa!

Structure located on the 5th floor with lift. Rooms with private bathroom, spotless and carefully furnished, air conditioning and TV. Our room also had a small sitting room created on a small veranda, I would say perfect. For guests' use there is also a fully equipped kitchenette. Super recommended, also because it is located a few steps from the center; For those arriving by plane, the train from Punta Raisi to Palermo is very convenient, with the "Palazzo d'Orléans" stop.
