Very nice hotel, calm pastoral, clean great rooms and service
Decent location in proximity to where I was working. Rooms are okay; mini fridge, safe, TV, desk. Beds are a bit too firm in my opinion. Tile floor throughout the building makes being quiet in the halls nearly impossible. Service is excellent. Staff are very helpful and nice.
Pros: - Modern hotel with very spacious rooms. - Good price, free parking available. - Nearby local pizzeria and restaurant. Cons: - Not all personel at the reception speaks English, so it is hard to communicate. Some can have a better service attitude; sometimes they make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor on any request that you make. - Bathroom and shower look clean but have mold. - Wi-Fi is not reliable - Last and most important, the air conditioning is really noisy and was not working properly so the room was pretty hot; after reporting this to the reception they said there was an issue with the AC so they advice to open the window. Next day when the new staff came in they could fix the AC issue. So it depends on who is working if they know how to fix it.
