The location is just perfect on the main road which is not too busy or noisy. The rooms are sufficiently large and well maintained. They have dedicated parking lots which makes life much easier. The breakfast buffet was decent and not great mainly because vegetarian options were limited, which I guess is the case in entire Korea and not specific to this hotel only. The hotel is also located very close to some of the best waterfalls in south Jeju. The front staff can speak English which makes a lot of things easier.
The best part is the game room, kids playground, karaoke rooms, swimmingpool, fitness centre are all free for hotel guests. The worst part is the soap bottle and toilet. there are leakage on the washtafel, the shower can suddenly drips water, the faucet is hars to perfectly close and the soap+shampoo bottle are all hard to press, almost impossible for kids to press them. The breakfast is 14000 won, but it is super ok Bus stop is in front of the hotel. Super confenient to go anywhere using bus The front lobby employee are very nice and can understand english very well. Super big point The rooftop is nice, too, the coin laundry is not free. Everything almost ok except the toilet
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived—even before check-in—the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They had no answers to any of our questions and treated us with a bad attitude the entire time. We were traveling with a lot of luggage, and not a single person offered assistance. I understand it’s a 3-star hotel, but basic courtesy should still be expected. The hotel itself has a terrible smell throughout the property. It was honestly disgusting and made it hard to feel comfortable anywhere inside. They also don’t provide basic amenities like a toothbrush, which was shocking. As for the pool—don’t get your hopes up. It closes at 9 PM sharp, and they even lock the area so you can’t sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The lobby is not an option either, since it smells just as bad. Do not waste your money on this hotel. It will completely ruin your trip.
