My husband and I had an excellent stay here. We enjoyed the views and short walks into town. The thermal spas and pool were very relaxing. We also both got massages and that helped us destress. The breakfast was fantastic. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Cant say enough how great the views are and the location is awesome if you have a car in Tuscany. I would recommend this as a good basecamp. The Restaurant (immediately next door) was very nice and had gluten free options. Everything is perfect but also the rules are a bit "fussy" for no real reason such as the tiered system for the Spa is hard to understand and swimming hats are required (and provided if needed).

Outstanding location! Near the most iconic and outstanding toscana landscape, ancient Roman thermal baths, ancient villages, bike or hiking trails, etc. in my opinion pricey for the room quality, there are additional charges for best panoramic view rooms but the view is very limited by other buildings, being a well es center it’s difficult to understand they accept guest to smoke integer terraces and this pollutes de air of others just willing to seat and enjoy the moment. There are additional charges for the usage of thermal pool which should be included in the rate you decide to pay. Breakfast is served in a dark interior room instead of the terrace in front of pool which has the best view and environment of the hotel. AC is off and if you needed you must call the reception to turn it on, but besides being loud it does cool enough, seems to be old and broken.
