This hotel had the most amazing views, and the room itself was beautiful. The woman working there was very helpful and friendly, and everything was extremely clean and well-kept. I highly recommend, especially for the price! The only downside is that they do not have their own restaurant and are a short drive from any other places to eat or shop. Still worth it!
Fantastic location in the Pyrenees with gorgeous landscape all around. Beautiful accommodation with BBQ and fireplace, and each house has its own jacuzzi. Not to mention they are pet friendly.
This is just a company that wants your money and doesn’t care about your problems. Do everyone a favor and book from real people. Me and my partner booked the place the night before, and there ended up being a torrential downpour for 3 days and we had a large 2.7 m rental van and didn’t want to risk driving up there in a storm since I didn’t know the van that well and the roads get super tiny. We explained the situation asked for refund, hoping they’d understand or partial refund especially since clearly no one else wanted to rent the place as it was available 24 hours before. They were super rude, said the roads were in “perfect condition” and they’ll be open till 8 if we decide to get over it and haven’t responded since.
