It's a perfect place to unwind and relax. The facilities are superbly maintained and very beautiful and natural. The cottages have everything you need, including air conditioning and a fireplace, and are very cozy and comfortable. The staff is attentive and charming, and Ramon made our stay perfect. It has an outdoor pool and a covered indoor pool perfect for relaxing. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.
The owner is very nice and helps you with everything you need, the houses are no longer as in the photos, you can see the passage of time with many deficiencies, but the heating system is very good.
Disappointing. The setting is very nice, but the facilities seem to have been poorly maintained: broken mosquito nets, an indoor pool (a spa, they call it) where most of the jets didn't work, loose tiles, and dirt. But the worst, without a doubt, was the box spring bed that creaked and sagged every time you moved. We ended up with a wrecked back. Plus, we were without water for an afternoon, so we couldn't shower (and when it came back on, there were only two options: burn or freeze). I don't recommend it and we won't be back again, which is a shame because with proper maintenance, it could be very nice.
