We stayed 2 nights and it was peace, perfect peace! The accommodation was super and had everything you need. We were met by very helpful staff who greeted us and explained the local area. There’s a small pool and terrace with sun beds if you want them. Our accommodation had a jacuzzi which looked out at the mountains and was totally relaxing, and a terrace with a barbecue where we sat for most of our time there. It’s in the mountains so take what you need with you as there are limited options in Laroya. We did however find the tiny bakery and bought delicious pastries. We bought a few supplies from the even smaller shop and had fabulous food in the only cafe/bar in the town. If you’re looking to get away from it all and relax in peaceful surroundings, in very rural Spain then I’d recommend going.
Fantastic in every way.. The perfect getaway. The cottage is very clean, well maintained and has the most stunning views. The jacuzzi is fabulous. A car is essential as it is isolated but the isolation adds to the charm of this beautiful place. Will definitely come again...
Nice staff. Spacious house, very clean, fully-equipped kitchen and small swimming pool with hill views. Brilliant spot if you want to be in the middle of nowhere for a few days.
