Absolutely fantastic. Loved everything, lovely room, a cosy bar, an attractive swimming pool and terrace, amazing artworks all around the property, fabulous breakfasts, brilliant location, best of all, the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and very helpful.

Most friendly people are very helpful. I've lost my backpack in the Uber, and Beatrice spends more than an hour to help me retrieve my bag. Even the uber people help search. The best service ever in my life. Well done. I do recommend this hotel 100% clean, neat, and meets our standards 👌

I have stayed in three hotels in Braga: Villa Garden, Vila Gale and Burgus Tribute. I would not recommend Villa Garden Braga. Although the staff were great, the breakfast good, and the parking convenient, there is really bad infrastructure here. We spent three nights in January in the “new wing” which appears to be about 50 years old and it was very cold and drafty, like many older Portuguese buildings are. The heat in our room did work but there was a constant chill. Likewise sound insulation between rooms is one of the worst I have experienced in recent memory. You will hear everything if you have neighboring guests: conversations, bathroom sounds, everything. Finally, the mattresses are very firm and are foam (not innerspring)—very uncomfortable to us.
