Cascada Boutique Hotel

Such a gem of an accommodation. It makes your stay in lovely Lucerne a pro. Location is perfect, to start with, away from the crowds but easily walkable from the Chapel bridge and therefore the city centre. Rooms are immaculate, stylish and perfectly soundproofed. Welcome at the reception is stellar, they go far and beyond to meet your expectations. Food is a plus thanks to the nearby restaurant which serves breakfast. And they also have a parking spot very close. I think this is a gorgeous place considering the quality of the service. Keep up the good job!

We had a fantastic stay at Cascada Hotel in Luzern! The hotel is cozy, very clean, and in a great location—just a short walk from the train station, which made everything super convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. A special thank you to Rea at the reception—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always full of positive energy. She truly made our experience even better! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luzern. We’ll definitely be back!

Good hotel located very well between the down town and the train station in a quiet area. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, they provide water steal and sparkling, coke, coffee and tea free of charge. One thing can be improved is the noise coming out of the AC, otherwise I had. Pleasant stay ☺️
